On Compliance of Part of Spatial Plan of the Garkalne Parish Providing for Building on the Flooding Area of Lielais Baltezers with Article 1 and Article 115 of the Satversme of the Republic of Latvia

Constitutional Court ruled to declare the part of the Garkalne Pagasts Spatial Plan for 2004 – 2016, which envisages construction of buildings on the flood zone of the Big Baltezers Lake as unconformable with Section 115 of the Republic of Latvia Satversme and null and void from January 5, 2005.
