Constitutional Court held:

to recognise Para 1 and Para 3 of Section 4 (3), the Fifth and the Nineth Part of Section 4, Section 7 (11 ), Sub-par 1 and Sub-para 2 of Para 16 of the Transitional Provisions of the Law on Ports, Section 11 (2) of the Law of 10 February 2022 “Amendments to the Law on Ports”, as well as Section 4 (1) of the Free Port of Ventspils Law as being compatible with Article 1 and the First Sentence of the Second Part of Article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia.
