The Constitutional Court held:

to recognise Section 9 (11), Sub-para 1 of Para 102 of Transitional Provisions of Education Law and Sections 1, 5 and 6 of the Law of 29 September 2022 “Amendments to Education Law” as being compatible with Article 1, the first sentence of Article 112, and Article 114 of the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia.
